Solid Mahogany Bar

A timber boxed foot rest with steel tubing is placed on a timber base along the front of the bar. LED down lighters, steel finish, are installed in the Display units.

All timbers and veneers for the Bar are stained to a colour to complement the client's Bar Stools. Solid Mahogany is used for all skirting to protect the front of the cabinetry. Solid Mahogany is used for all edging to veneers to give protection and a long lasting finish.

The Bar is a “U shaped Design “with 45 deg. returns. The Bar top, front serving shelf and cupboard tops are made from Solid Mahogany. The frontage of the bar is made from solid Mahogany in a “Raised and Fielded panel “design.

 

 

All the skirting, edging and capping are constructed out of solid Mahogany.  A serving shelf is placed below the bar top. Mahogany Veneers with solid Mahogany edging are used for the divisions of the displays and the interiors of the cupboards . The displays have Bronze mirrors to give a soft finish and glass shelves are used to give strength for bottle display.

 

Bar in Solid Mahogany

Cradle wine racks are at each end of the displays. Below the displays, cupboards and internal shelves are provided. The doors to the displays have a solid Mahogany “Raised and Fielded panel “design to match the frontage of the Bar. A stainless steel mini Prep Bowl will be provided for installation in the left hand cupboard. Space is created in the cupboard run for a Scotsman ACM 46 and a Fridge Unique 2 door bar fridge.

Solid Mahogany Wine Rack

The Wine Rack to the right of the Bar is inset into an alcove. All timbers and veneers are also stained to match the bar and bar stools.

Solid Mahogany is used for the top of the Diamond Bins as they take most of the wear.

Solid Mahogany is used for all skirting to protect the front of the cabinetry. Solid Mahogany is used for all edging to veneers to give protection and a long lasting finish. Solid Mahogany is used for the Bulkhead capping to give a fine furniture finish. The Wine rack runs from floor to ceiling in the alcove.

The Bar is an “L shaped Design “with a curved return. The Bar top, front serving shelf and cupboard tops are made from solid Mahogany. The frontage of the bar and doors is constructed from Mahogany veneers with a solid Mahogany framework. The skirting, edging and capping is constructed out of solid Mahogany.

A serving shelf (600mm deep) is located below the main bar top.  A 2 door stainless steel with glass doors Fridge is under the front serving shelf.

Displays are on the rear and return wall with storage cupboards below. The displays have silver mirrors and have 10mm glass shelves.

Space is created for a TV to be mounted on the rear wall. A timber boxed foot rest with steel tubing is installed along the front of the bar. LED down lighters (steel finish) are installed in the display units, together with a dimmer switch.

This standalone Wine Rack, made in Mahogany, was commissioned against a supplied design.

The rack has solid Mahogany cradles with a removable tray at the top of the Rack.

The bar is an “Island Design “. This design allows for up to 5 people to sit around the bar. The bar top and front serving shelf was made from solid Mahogany. The frontage of the bar was constructed from Mahogany veneers with solid Mahogany framework. The skirting, edging and capping was constructed out of solid Mahogany. A serving shelf was installed below the bar top. A timber foot rest with a brass rail with brass supports was created at the base of the bar.

A Duco painted finish of the client's choice was used for the divisions of the displays on the bar side and kitchen side.  The displays on the bar side had silver mirrors and 10 mm glass shelves. The displays on the kitchen side had a Duco backing with the client's colour. 10 mm glass shelves were also fitted in this area.

This custom made Wine Cellar has a mixture of cradle storage for individual bottles, diamond bins for cases of Wine and a Display section for special bottles.

The Bar top, front and rear serving shelves were made from solid Mahogany. The frontage of the bar and doors were clad with Quartz Riven Stone surrounded by a solid Mahogany framework. Mahogany Veneers were used for the divisions of the displays and the shell scheme of the cupboards.

Three Displays with bronze mirrors and glass shelves were installed against the rear wall. Below the displays cupboards and shelves were provided. An Open cradle wine rack was created in the centre of the cupboard run. A timber boxed foot rest with a stainless steel rail was installed along the front of the bar.

LED down lighters (steel finish) were supplied and installed in the display units.The overhang of the main counter had LED ribbon lighting to pick out the Quartz feature.

The Bar and Floating displays were made from Ash which was coloured with Rubio Monocoat Indigo Blue.

The Counter tops and Cupboard Tops were in Technistone Crystal Nevada.

The frontage to the Bar was covered in Eastern Blend Riven Stone.

This Bar was designed by The Wood Studio to give a theme of modern clean lines in a colour finish that was distinctive.

The Wood Studio project managed the installation of this Kitchen and Scullery for the client which involved management of various trades including construction, floor laying, painting , electrics and plumbing.

The client brief was to create a modern, clean look kitchen that was practical to use and maintain.

The Kitchen floor was relayed in Afristone Smoglight coloured Cement, and the walls were painted in Dulux Dutch Gold 4. The existing Kitchen carcasses were removed and the walls were re-plastered and painted. Electrical points were installed together with plumbing points.

The Carcasses of the cupboards and drawers were made from White Melamine. The Doors, Panels, Fascias and skirting were made in Novalam Washed Shale. The Counter tops and Kickplates were Technistone Crystal Royal.

"Soft Close" hinges and drawer runners were installed. A lighting baffle and LED lighting were installed under all the cupboards.

Wine Bar in Burmog Mahogany

This custom made Wine Bar is made in Burmog Mahogany. The design enables case loads of wine to be stored in the Diamond Bins and the Open cradles take individual bottles.

The tasting tables are on two levels - the higher one is designed for bar stools and the lower one for smaller chairs.

The cupboards above have glass inlays so that the wine glasses are visible.

Two Beverage coolers have been incorporated into the lower section of the Wine Bar.

The entire Wine Bar is raised on Steel Stancions for easy cleaning of the floor without damaging the furniture.
