This Galley Kitchen was renovated to change to appearance from an old fashioned dark brown finish to a light, bright open feel.

All the doors, drawer fronts and decor panels were changed using a bright White Melamine finish.

The counter tops were changed to an EeziQuartz "Sparkle" stone.

Kitchen Island

Kitchen Island white

A Kitchen Island was designed and created in a Duco finish to match the cabinetry in the Kitchen.

The Island top has an Eezi-Quartz “Whisper” stone.

Entertainment Unit in Dulux Glazed Granite DUCO finish.

The Finish is in a Dulux Glazed Granite DUCO finish.

The cupboard doors and end panels have a Shaker style finish with frames and inlays, the interior of the cupboards and drawers a printed Melamine finish.

Cradle Wine Racks were created at each end of the Entertainment unit. A display area was created for Whisky etc.

Give your Kitchen a 'Face Lift'

This kitchen and Scullery was looking a little tired. The layout was fine but the client wanted a new look.

All the doors and drawers were removed and taken to the factory for re-spray in a Dulux Swiss Coffee colour.

The Counters and backsplash were removed and replaced with Eezi Quartz Bianca Statuaria

The remaining cabinetry was sanded down and low pressure resprayed on site. It resulted in a bright light new kitchen.

Minimalist Modern Mahogany

The Bar design was minimalist in outline with clean shapes and lines. The look and feel was open plan in keeping with the rest of the home. The colour of the bar was tinted to the client's choice.

The Bar Top was constructed out of solid Mahogany with a buildup in the front. The total bar run was 4,900mm with an opening provided on the right hand side as you look at the pub. The frontage of the bar had an opening covered by armour plated glass to allow for the protection of the multi colour Streamlight display panels.

The balance of the Bar was constructed using Mahogany veneers for the frontage of the bar, solid Mahogany for the serving shelves, the edging and skirting. Mahogany veneers were used for the internal structure of the cupboards, the cupboard doors, the fascia to the displays and the divisions of the displays.

3 door stainless steel under bar fridge and wood cupboards

The Serving shelf below the bar allowed for a Scotsman Ice Making machine and bin cupboard to be installed. The side wall displays comprised of two compartments. These units were designed with backlit coloured glass. Below the left display space was allowed for a sink to be installed and below these displays cupboards and shelving space was provided.

A 3 door stainless steel under bar fridge was installed to the right of the entrance.

Cupboards were created to each side of the fridge.

This Bar was built using indigenous stones for the frontage of the bar and Caesarstone for the Bar counter.

The floating displays and shelves were created in Ash. The displays were in different sizes to create an idiosyncratic display.

Modern Kitchen

The Wood Studio project managed the installation of this Kitchen and Scullery for the client which involved management of various trades including construction, floor laying, painting , electrics and plumbing.

The client brief was to create a modern, clean look kitchen that was practical to use and maintain.

The Kitchen floor was relayed in Afristone Smoglight coloured Cement, and the walls were painted in Dulux Dutch Gold 4. The existing Kitchen carcasses were removed and the walls were re-plastered and painted. Electrical points were installed together with plumbing points.

The Carcasses of the cupboards and drawers were made from White Melamine. The Doors, Panels, Fascias and skirting were made in Novalam Washed Shale. The Counter tops and Kickplates were Technistone Crystal Royal.

"Soft Close" hinges and drawer runners were installed. A lighting baffle and LED lighting were installed under all the cupboards.

This custom made TV unit was created to fit into an alcove.

It was designed to match the "Raised and fielded" style of the Bar with cupboard doors that match it.

Space was created below the TV for all the home entertainment features.

Horseshoe Bar in Mahogany Wood

This bar was designed in a Horseshoe shape with a “Raised and Fielded panel” finish. The timber was stained to a colour of the client’s choice.

The bar top was constructed out of solid Mahogany. The total bar run had an opening provided on the centre right hand side as you look at the pub.

The balance of the pub was constructed using solid Mahogany for the frontage of the Bar and Canopy. Solid Mahogany was also used for the serving shelves, the cupboard doors, the fascia to the displays, together with all the edging, skirting and cornice.

Wine Rack and Display Cabinet is solid Colonial Mahogany

The Wine Rack and Display Cabinet was made from solid Colonial Mahogany for the wine rack rails, edging to all edges, flat mouldings to the side panels, the doors and the panels above. 22 mm Mahogany veneers were used for the side panels. The backing of the Display areas were made from 22 mm Supawood to allow for Duco finished colour sections.

The side panels and shell scheme to the cupboard will be stained to match the other furniture in the area - Starlight fittings were installed in each Display area. Ply backing was used for the wine rack sections. Speakers were installed to the left and right of the upper panels.

Kitchen Renewal

This kitchen was beginning to look a little tired. The Wood Studio removed all the doors, panels and edging in this Kitchen.

New Doors and panels were made and installed together with upgrades to the hinges, runners and handles for all the drawers and doors.

All new edging to the shelves was installed. A new kitchen with very little disruption.
